At UKE, we know how important it is to receive your products promptly and in perfect condition. We offer free standard delivery on all orders over $50 within the US. For orders under $50, a flat rate of $4.99 applies. We also offer express delivery for an additional fee. We take great care in packaging our products to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. If you have any issues with your delivery, please contact our customer service team and we'll do our best to resolve the issue.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want you to be completely satisfied with your UKE purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your products, we offer a hassle-free returns and exchanges policy. Simply contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your order and we'll provide you with instructions on how to return or exchange your products. Please note that products must be returned in their original condition and packaging, and shipping costs for returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
